Its easy to miss this little 3 storey MCM gem, the former Peabody building is tucked in behind the Mansion House, probably has the best view of the Arch in downtown.

So it looks like it has a new owner and a tenant for the first time in years. also they are going to do some work and add a roof deck.

Imagine how cool it would be if there was a boulevard running in front of it!

So, renovated as offices? Some nice amenities.

I hope this will spark interest in the other vacant mid century building to the north. It also has great views of the Arch but is in need of renovation. The exterior is starting to look shabby. I'm surprised it's empty, the floor to ceiling windows must offer wonderful views.

I've always liked that little building. I think it would be great as a private event space. Unbeatable Arch views.

The whole elevated plaza area of Mansion House is an un-appreciated gem. Lots of nifty Mid-Century vibe up there.

^ It will be interesting to see if it survives long enough to be truly appreciated again!
