They've started installing exterior lighting. The lights are set in the sidewalk, pointed up, to light-up each of the main building columns. Should be pretty cool at night.
The retail areas are moving along quickly now. I think Boxers/Beverly's Hill hopes to be open for the loft tour.
BTW, Arnold Worldwide subleased their space to a website design company. They have taken the entire second floor. Only two floors of this building are finished (the commercial areas), yet there's already a steady stream of people going in and out. Good to see.

The new uplights are nicely done. They light the facade all the way to the top cornice for a nice dramatic effect at night. They can be a bit blinding since Rue 13's sidewafe seating forces passers-by to walk right by them.

Old news but it doesn't appear to be here. Masulla, which once had a "coming soon" sign up at Lucas Lofts, now is set to open her boutique in Fashion Square's remaining retail space.
so who is the hot girl who lives on the 5th or 6th floor (i can't remember). I was in the elevator with her and couldn't stop looking at her! Anyone know what her name is? She's thin brunette on one of those floors.

FWIW, Next time, try introducing yourself in the elevator rather than slack jawed gawking. Its probably a better tact than having an urbanism forum do PI work for you.
And less creepy. Because if anyone here did know her, I somehow think they may not just drop the 411 in your lap. They may say "Do you remember some guy checking you out in the elevator? Yeah he's on this forum asking about you..."
