The Shenandoah side of the building at the Southwest corner of Lemp and Shanendoah says "Brew House" and "storage." There's a place down the street called "Brewer's House Bed and Breakfast."

The Assessor says that it is owned by the BREWERY DEVELOPMENT ASSOC LLC (on both sides of Shenandoah). The Bed and Breakfast appears to be owned by Richard Compton.

If these Brewery buildings are owned by developers, they don't seem to be doing much developing right now (of course the satellite images could be old). But most of the buildings appear to have some kind of water damage or greenery on the roof. The complex takes up a couple blocks.

If anybody knows anything I would greatly appreciate any info. Thanks.

Just happened to drive past the brewery yesterday. Does anyone know, is the building in the rear, divided by a sort of alley way, part of the old brewery?
The building butts up to the Falstaff Brewery via the alley, borders Salena and Shenandoah. Anyway, the gate was open yesterday on Shenandoah. I saw a truck and some workers tuckpointing the building on the west side of the alley way. That is a good sign if it is connected to old #10. I just wish they'd board up the openings/windows, tuckpoint the most deteriorated areas and protect this building from the elements.

Brewery Development appears to own the whole block bound by Victor, Salena, Lemp, and Shenandoah.

I was in New Orleans for business the last couple of days. I noticed that the Falstaff Brewery near Downtown is being developed by a St. Louis native, David Miller, who owns Renaissance Property Group. He fixed the neon light on the roof and plans to turn the shuttered factory into apartments. The sign looks awesome, especially at night.
Has anyone heard of this company or this individual? Have they/he done any work in
St. Louis? Just curious if this guy has any interest in developing properties in
St. Louis, considering he is a native and we have plenty of great properties, including Falstaff #10, amongst others.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ray Griesdieck last night. He is a very nice man and has a grand vision for the company. He would like the company to move from craft to micro.
One vision that excited me, was the possibility that he is very interested in brewing in St. Louis and is scouting out sites. He is very interested in the Falstaff #10 site, but it is a matter of money at this point. The company is doing very well, but he would have to find investors if he were to buy #10 and rehab it. That location means a lot to him and his family. The history there is enough for him to want to locate his future operation there. He said nothing is official and nothing is out of the realm of possibility. The Falstaff #10 site is on his radar. I am rooting for Mr. Griesedieck and his company. If he were to establish a brick and mortar facility, it would make his brand that much more viable. He also mentioned, he would like to have a museum at the site of any brewing operation. That would be amazing. He seemed to think that a rehab of the site would not be that big a deal, since the walls are SO thick and fortified with concrete. He said draining the flooded caverns would not be a big deal. Let's hope there is some smoke, then fire here. IF not this site, maybe another historic site.

YES PLEASE! I can see it crumbling from the 3rd floor of my house. Such a cool building in a primed 'hood.

There seems to be some tuckpointing or brick repair on the Lemp Ave/East facade.  Street view from 2018 and earlier shows clear structural failure, but looks like it's fixed.  Anything happening here or is the owner just keeping it from crumbling? Either way, it's kind of appreciated.  This would be such a cool space redone (albeit costly, but historic tax credits and probably brownfields could help?).

Hands down, this is my favorite vacant building in all of St. Louis without a publicly-know plan, so I hope something is happening behind the scenes. 

I don't think the recent tuckpointing is an indication of anything larger in play... looks like it was to address the disrepair leading to a structural condemnation (different than a demo order) by the city. Hopefully both this and the Lemp find the right vision fulfilled in the future and there's so much going on around them that I think there is reason for optimism in due time.

Here are some pics from an urban explorer site. The pix are 8 years old, so who knows what condition it is in now. I have always wanted to go in there and see it.
