So this is Michael's idea of putting incentives in place first before there's a concrete proposal?

For me the abatement's too high, like maybe 50% and 5 years...though I do get that the engineer's club's preservation makes things a trickier.

STL Biz Journal: Anti-abortion nonprofit looks to sell St. Louis building after closing all Missouri clinics

This is the ThriVe women's health care building at 4331 Lindell - right next door to the Engineers' Club's parking lot... Looks to me like a very opportunistic purchase would greatly expand and enhance any developers' options on the Engineers' Club footprint.
