Noticed this building in Carr Square. Here is the Assessor's Report

Anybody know anything about it? It seems to be in pretty good shape. This building is owned by James A. Rogers. Everything around it appears to be owned by the Carr Square Tenant Group or LRA. Carr School is a block south.

This Elkay building is modest, but handsome. I just noticed it and I hope it's being taken care of.
