I blame poor signage among other things. This economic downturn is also a good punch to the guts.

I like the show Top Chef http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Top_Chef but a real problem is not being able to taste the winning entries like:

"cold smoked scallops & triple olive tapenade with lemon vinaigrette" .

I have no idea what that even means!

During Downtown Restaurant Week (see how I worked that in), wouldn't it be terrific if one or more restaurants could feature dishes from the show?

Will be dining at Mosaic this year and cannot wait. This is really a hell of a deal that shouldn't be passed up.
