I was really looking forward to visiting Simply Fondue during Downtown Restaurant Week, but obviously, my plans have changed.

I like the show Top Chef http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Top_Chef but a real problem is not being able to taste the winning entries like:
"cold smoked scallops & triple olive tapenade with lemon vinaigrette" .
I have no idea what that even means!
During Downtown Restaurant Week (see how I worked that in), wouldn't it be terrific if one or more restaurants could feature dishes from the show?

Will be dining at Mosaic this year and cannot wait. This is really a hell of a deal that shouldn't be passed up.
