Any recommendations or information on longterm garage parking downtown, preferable the garage West of Annex Lofts, or close by Annex/Printers/Terra Cotta?

I found some information here, but it was a few years old.

Thanks for any replies. Maybe making an offer soon on a loft in one of those bldgs. We have two cars, but if parking is a pain, could probably sell one.

It is difficult. The spots in that garage are at a premium. I bought one last year after a 2 year search and I am grandfathered into a 2nd spot in the rental lot on the west side of the NLEC.

The association for the garage, managed by Sentry, rents one spot out every year to the highest bidder.

If you want to buy my loft, I'll throw in the garage spot for free...
