Demo permits were issued Jan 16 for 7121 and 7127 S Broadway. Are they gone?

I like Ann Schweitzer but how would someone over that ward let this happen?

I'm hearing that all but the corner buildings were essentially down to exterior walls only prior to the demo permit. The only salvageable one that is not yet being demolished is the corner unit of the row.

I said the same thing when a block was lost un Dara Wood Martin.

Drove by 7121-7129 South Broadway over the weekend. Everything but the corner building has been demolished. It's deeply saddening to see a designated "City Landmark" be demolished by neglect in this manner.

Here's to hoping the corner building can be saved...
