Anyone have any details on what the actual positions are for the existing jobs and new jobs? Descriptions and/or salary estimates would go a long way in understanding the quality of the jobs.
There's lots of talk about the Microsoft Technology Center that sounds great, but the devil is in the details. Based on what I've read and the lack of actual details, I can envision a broad spectrum of possibilities. Anything from top notch design and implementation of technical solutions all being done at Cortex (hopefully). Or, at the other end of the spectrum, product salespeople show off and suggest technical possibilities with actual heavy lifting done elsewhere (hopefully not).

Tried out Vicia for the quick service lunch. The mixing and matching options are very nice. They're vegetable focused but do serve meat. It's clear they want to offer tasty wholesome food with excellent service. I'm looking forward to seeing what a dinner menu looks like. The best part was seeing how full they were with lots of guests walking from the businesses in the area over to lunch.

These tech articles really seem bizarre to me. I also get perplexed by what St Louis is trying to market itself as. Are we a biotech, innovation, Ag science, technology hub? I'm not sure. Either way, St Louis still is regarded for its booming start up scene

Kansas City is regarded as a tech hot bed yet its not on the list either.
Looks like CORTEX/Wexford filling more Cortex 3.0 space as per Bizjournal article. Behind pay. Still at a loss why some more wet lab space not being developed if their is a shortage.

Unsure of the status of all the concrete pours, but looks as if the base slab is almost done. I would expect to see steel rising soon.
