The Preservation Board will consider this proposal on Monday for 3228 Copelin which is a trapezoid-shaped parcel rendered as such by the highway's destruction of the area. CRO staff recommends withholding preliminary approval.

This was the proposal back in August 2021 for this lot (per the  Preservation Board agenda from then):


We should find out this month if this is a new proposal or if it's meant to revive this design.
