First, Jefferson County shouldn't be lumped in with 'other metro suburbs.'

Second, Festus passed a complete streets policy.

Crystal City just passed a complete streets policy last night. Both Pevely and Herculaneum are working on them too which would bring the total number of policies in Jefferson county to 5!
