The redevelopment will have 350 new houses and apartments, but how many are there currently there? I'm wondering if this is a 1-1 renovation or if hopefully it also includes growth, anyone knows?

358 --> 350, meaning a net negative of 8 units. However, from what I understand, occupancy was/is low. All the current residents are being given an opportunity to stay in the new units.

Here's a before and soon-to-be-after shot of the portion that is now under construction (Phase 1). The view is from Chouteau facing south along Dillon.
