I'm curious what people think about this place. Is it a fun, colorful addition to a neighborhood that could use some sprucing up, or is it a junky eyesore that wouldn't be tolerated elsewhere? (I've heard mixed reviews from the neighbors) Is it an appropriate use of the site?
