not sure it warrants its own thread but it looks like a Five Guys Burgers is gonna go around the corner on Chippewa (ok, kinda long corner as it will be at the old Conoco station a bit down from Target.) per Alderman Oldenberg. I assume it will be new construction but not sure of site plan.

Chris - your correct. Five Guys and Smoothe King. Building should be done in 3rd-4th qtr 2018

I just saw that the former gas station on Chippewa near Tamm has some new construction. Anyone know what's going up?
Per posts from another thread that I moved here, it will be a Smoothie King and Five Guys Burgers.

It appears that Five Guys has backed out. There is a Smoothie King is hiring sign next to a "for lease" sign....
