The LCRA board will consider Sept 23 declaring the are between Cass, I-44, and the Musial Bridge blighted and advertising of an RFP by SLDC to encourage redevelopment. This includes up to 25 years of property tax abatement. One parcel is owned by Northside Regeneration.

They should have never bulldozed that area to make that horrid Tucker/Cass/I-70 intersection.
Besides an empty grocery store and a gas station, has the Musial Bridge helped facilitate anything? It's been open 11 years and seems to have had a worse ROI than the Loop Trolley.

^It was supposed to make traffic better in that "just one more lane" way that one more lane always will. Is traffic better on the Poplar Street? I haven't noticed.

Traffic is significantly better on the Poplar.
