Green Street Real Estate Ventures has already built one warehouse on the site, which is fully leased. They're now partnering with EJF Capital to build three more warehouses on the Carondelet Coke site. The 3 new warehouses are all being built on spec and will add 454,000 sq.ft. of industrial real estate. The first new building will be completed in 2Q23, and the other 2 will be complete by the end of 2023.
