A six story mixed use building known as Caledonia Flats was recently approved in O'Fallon. The building will have 96 apartments, 13 penthouse condos, and 11,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. The two commercial tenants have been confirmed as a breakfast restaurant and a virtual shooting simulator. It will be owned and operated by the same entity as the Cambria Hotel, approved last year, that will be built across the street, which also contains a significant mixed use element.

Hwy DD/Winghaven Blvd and Hwy 64 actually. A bit further west.

It certainly isn't the most unique design, however the modular construction does present some limitations.
