Does anyone know what happens if the city doesn't accept this property? Does it go up for sale to a developer?

Well, someone is there working on it. There were big trucks on site.

The guy next door is talking about trying to get it from the city to turn into a garden or something. Jefferson does not need a big space full of tomatoes and sunflowers. It needs another building in that space.

For real, it would be nice to continue this roll the city is on by adding some infrastructure to push development from north to south.

No joke. The development right now is so East-West. I'd love to see it become a little bit more North-South, too.
