BUt the best wings in town are in Florissant at a place called The Locker Room...if you can make it up North I highly recommend them.

FLO-TOWN!!!!

Having been to Geno's and Pat's steaks in Philly, as well as eating several other non-hyped steaks in PHL, I would also tell you that the Locker Room's Beef & Cheese is also "the best".

Sorry about sabotaging the Wing thread with Beef & Cheese sandwich talk...

Excellent wings. It's the old db's recipe.

Most uniquely amazing are Johnny's in Soulard.

If Johnny's is in fact using the old DB's recipe, I highly recommend them. One of the best places to get wings, by far.

The Mack on Mackland used to have very good, HUGE wings. Have not been there in a while.

Seamus McDaniels has good wings as well.

^ I'll second your observation about Seamus McDaniel's- the wings there are very good. 8)

I haven't tried the wings at Seamus yet, but I've had the buffalo chicken sammich, and it was awesome. Gotta try that.

I'll have to check Seamus out.

Not to be picky, but DB's took the recipe from Johnny's (all one family - the Daus family).

Is DB's still open? I know it reopened for a while but not sure of the current status.

Regardless, Johnny's wings are awesome.
