Does anyone know what's going on with the former BBW Coin Op Laundry building on the south west corner of Arkansas and Magnolia. It looks like they are re-framing for new windows. GEO STL has Beck Office Management LLC listed as the owner and there was an application for rehab permits from Nov, 2010. Also, does anyone know what will happen with the KDHX studio when they move to Covenant Blu/Grand Center?

Yes, Jonathon Beck is moving his real estate law practice to the location. He is currently renting on Shenandoah.
When I spoke to him last, he was waiting for his application to be approved for historic tax credits.
