Part of the Maplewood Commons project.

Olive Garden and Red Lobster are under construction.

This Applebee's has a separated smoking section from the non-smoking section...different from the traditional Applebee's setup.

yep, I noticed that the Applebees was open when I shopped at Sams on Monday morning. Also, I am surprised to see how has the Olive Garden has gone up....looks like it will be finished by November.

^ My wife and I went once a while back and believe still relatively new. Even then it gave us no reason to come back with lousy service and subpar food for even Red Lobster. The location couldn't have helped.

I'm just wondering who is going to fall first, Home Depot or Lowe's when Menards is open. Both Home Depot and Lowe's have their loyal customers but trying to see how three can survive when you essentially bulldoze neighborhoods and do very little to build housing. At same time, pretty impressive how multi unit and mixed use keeps popping up in the central corridor. Richmond Heights, Brentwood, Maplewood and Shrewsbury need to figure something out together.

I know this is not the same location, but does anyone know what they are doing to the Applebee's (that closed) on Manchester Rd and Barrett Station Rds? They have been working on the building but it has sat there closed since 2012.

I noticed they cut down the trees, but I assumed that was just to make the building more visible from Manchester.
