Not terribly exciting, but apparently Family Dollar has taken up home in the northern end of the Alps building on South Grand.

I noticed that the other day.... I think Family Dollar occupies 75% of Saint Louis commercial real estate now!

Actually, I think the official numbers are:

Family Dollar/other discount stores: 33%
Walgreens and CVS: 33%
QT: 33%
Everything else: 1%
