^Through my observations, I think most people today do what i do... Go online to priceline.com, kyak.com, orbitz.com, etc. and just pick the flight of the most convienient time for the lowest price. I have come accross very few people who still show favoritism towards a certain airline to such a degree that they would choose it over another even if it is more expensive, except southwest that is.
