well it percentages so while it does maybe indicate there was some backsliding in Florida it doesn't say much about where it is from a part per million comparison.  If St. Louis was terrible and Florida great then Florida can get worse and St. Louis better and Florida still have better air than St. Louis.  Not say that's the case but just pointing out there is some critical data missing.

I don't think our driving habits are significantly different than other parts of the country. It's the weather here in the summer. Very hot days and no wind. Chicago is in gridlock non stop but they have a ton of wind due to the lake.
