Archer Daniels Midland Co. officials said Wednesday morning they had reached an agreement with Rey-nolds Development, LLC to purchase the Reynolds Building at 350 N. Water St. in downtown Decatur. The building is adjacent to ADM's Global Technology Center at 274 E. North St., which currently houses about 350 ADM employees.
The Regions Bank branch currently located in the Reynolds Building will remain a tenant.
In conjunction with the ADM move, Reynolds Development announced plans for another downtown development project with restaurant/retail/office space potential. Its new proposed development project would house the Consociate Dansig headquarters."
