Greetings from the 26th floor of Centene C. The AC Marriott is about a floor away from topping out. Something I have noticed though in the final stretch...this tower is not going to be as tall as the rendering implies. It's looking to be about a full floor shorter than shown. In the renders floor 8 is neck and neck with the top of the metro garage elevator shaft. In realy life, it's floor 9. So, i'm not certain what went on...either the floor to ceiling spacing was reduced last second...or the renderings were exaggerated..in any case, it's about to cap off in the next week or so.

Greetings from the 26th floor of Centene. AC Hotel is topped out and rooftop amenity level is being assembled.

AC Hotel interior fitting continues. Entire window and door/entry treatment is installed and the structure is sealed. No exterior cladding has begun yet.

Checked out the rooftop bar last night. Fun space. It wasn’t 100% done, I’m guessing they wanted to be open by Thanksgiving, but a it is nice to have a rooftop in Clayton now to get a drink. I liked that the bar had an indoor and outdoor side.
Only real negative is the building to the east is taller so you don’t get a look towards downtown.
