could look interesting as a (dare I say it) pocket park
This reminds me of something I read about other cities using sex offender proximity to children laws as a reason to build a uniform distribution of pocket parks, basically to make it almost impossible for sex offenders to live in their cities legally. I know it's ot, but does STL do anything like that? Based on the maps I've seen, it would seem like you could show a lot of sex offender trash the door rather quickly with a parks strategy. Back to topic.

drove by the other day and noticed that they put shelves or something in front of the windows. can't see inside at all. so much for that.
