As someone who grew up in Kirkwood it’s been hard to watch the odd patchwork of residential development there. Feels very haphazard and there have been plenty of other tear downs to build modern farmhouse ugliness. Regardless, always a bummer when one of the oldest in a neighborhood is at risk…
