Maybe it's just me, but I don't get how there can be so many cell phone stores. I mean, I go to a store, buy a phone and don't come back for two years. Even then, I'll likely upgrade online.
So does this mean that the building is already under construction? Or just that there is a banner up? I imagine if they have two tenants signed on they should be breaking ground soon if they haven't already. Maybe it depends on when Blick's lease in Clayton ends.
Also, shouldn't this topic maybe be in the County section since 6300 Delmar is west of the City limit?

Lights are on, shelving is up, and boxes of inventory have arrived.
How many storefronts will this end up being? It looks like 5 in the rendering, but maybe Blick is taking up more than one? Also, is it safe to assume they're not including the big star spangled top hat above the corner of the buiiding?
Looks like two storefronts. Dick Blick takes up most of it and Verizon is taking the rest. Not sure about the Top Hat.
