You know, given the right treatment, that could actually be a really nice building. I'd never noticed how classical the elevation of the main tower is. There's some subtle but real Chicago School inspired touches to it. Shame it's so far back from the street and that there's so much surface parking on the street on both sides. I won't say I ever expect it to be a favorite building, but it's a lot better than I remembered. Worn and weary, but not actually bad. Hope one of the two projects comes through. Exciting to see competing proposals.
