Oliver Properties is redeveloping the mixed use building at 500 N 13th St. into 74 apartments.
The redevelopment includes the renovation pf 48 existing apartment units and turning the remaining office space into 26 more apartments. It will have two retail spaces, one of which is already leased.
The construction has already begun and is set to finish in spring 2027, but some people will begin moving in in mid-October.
The redevelopment cost is $7 million.
