I read this in today's Business Journal:

"Could be the site of a new 10,000 sqft commercial development....The $3.5mill plans call for a two-story commercial building that would house retail, offices, and a convenience store and a car wash"

Probably not urban in form I suspect. Does it say if it would be built up to the sidewalk or have a giant parking space out front? (I am cynical I know)
