The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Louis (LCRA). is issuing a public Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking redevelopers that will assist in purchasing, assembling, and redeveloping property owned by The Land Reutilization Authority of the City of St. Louis, Missouri (LRA) and privately held properties in the 4100-4798 and 4101-4799 Natural Bridge Ave. Redevelopment Area (the “Area”) of the Penrose, O’Fallon, Greater Ville, and Kingsway East neighborhoods of North St. Louis.

Maybe just retitle this to Natural Bridge Redevelopments? We'll likely see a few more things in the future with the city authorizing ARP funds for various North Side corridors like Natural Bridge.

A century-old bank branch on Natural Bridge Avenue will become a new business services center operated by the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis after Commerce Bank donated the building to the nonprofit.

McMillan said the Urban League has raised about $600,000 to renovate the building for the small-business center and is looking to raise about $500,000 more to complete the updates. He said he plans to apply for a grant under a recently adopted city program to extend grants to businesses and nonprofits along north St. Louis commercial corridors such as Natural Bridge.
