Development valued at $350,000. LCRA recommends 15 years of tax abatements. First 10 years worth 95% and the remaining 5 years worth 50%.

North City is on a roll! Not sure what's fueling this surge as it's still bleeding residents pretty heavily. It seems that all of these developments include a renovation of some type, which I'm a big fan of. Little projects like this are what we need!
I think the NGA is the biggest contributing factor as to why North City is seeing these investments.
