Kirkwood is considering a 90% tax break across 14 years worth $5.6 million for this development.

The development would be 202 apartments at a cost of around $50 million.

Kirkwood purchased the 83,500 square foot public works building in 2023 for $12.5 million and then spent $27 million on renovations. No sale price has been revealed yet.
