Between this and the rehab of the old Shreve warehouse for the makers co-op it should add some life to one of the last corners of blight in Fox Park - A neighborhood that has seen some nice regeneration in the last 10 years but still seems to fly below the radar

Looks great from the outside, especially in a very desolate part of Sidney

Huge fan of the infrastructure improvements, gives a nice energy to the whole area. Ten years from now I can see this becoming a node of density in South City feeding off of the N/S Metrolink

I like some of the neat industrial touches they retained, like the old stair and the line shaft. This is a fairly cool little project. Well . . . not even so little, really. A fairly cool project.

^Yeah, I've always loved those side-stepping ladders/stairways (although I've only seen them in movies).
