Mark Groth brought good news on twitter of a cool rehab of the building at the NE corner of Jefferson and Russell in McKinley Hts.... a floral shop will be going in along with upper floor residence (I think for the owners but not sure on that). Was featured on House Hunters show.



Great to see these smallish but crucial investments in our nabes/commercial districts.

A St. Louis couple searches for a building with lots of character in the heart of the city. It also has to have spacious living quarters and a storefront for their growing floral business. He's willing to get a place that needs some work, if it's a good investment, but with a baby on the way, she'd prefer something move-in ready.
