Most recently an adult day care, 2200 Washington is set to become the new home of Twain Financial.

Although they already were on WashAve (1200 block). looks like they'll be expanding office count with the move and it's good to see this growing momentum in the Downtown West/Midtown rather dead-zone heating up.... would love to see some quality infill soon.

Rehab work has been going on for about a month now,  solar panels on the back deck area

Solar panels - nice touch. Glad to see this moving forward.

Also, in looking at the nearby property records, it looks like Abbott now owns most of that grouping of properties they need for their project just to the east of this - hopefully that will move forward eventually as well.

^There was some dirt pushed around on that property recently but I couldn't tell if there was any purposed behind it or if someone had just dumped some dirt from another site.

That looks fantastic

Much better use of the building than a pool/clubhouse facility for nearby lofts that was originally proposed years ago.
