Democrats need to have a serious plan for contesting the 2026 election. Stopping Bill Eigel from becoming a major elected official in the region by any means needs to be a top priority.

Seems like if you take the worst policy you can find out of some place like Dardeen Prairie, and then make it the entire county.

Yea he's a fascist and the St. Charles Dems need to do whatever they can to stop him, court a moderate Republican to run as a Dem or independent. See about getting Ehlman on board if he runs and loses the primary.

Is he some kind of Moron? How does he not realizes millions upon millions of American adults and kids (even the white and rural) play soccer??? Now if he wants to ban high density in St Charles county i personally don't care if he shoot that county's future in the foot, when their young people will have nowhere to afford to live, and then they question why their kids all live in stl/city county or somewhere else. Now the very real concern is he will be on the East west gateway council., that is a problem and  why he should lose.

Steve Ehlman is running for re-election.

Excellent news. He is infinitely better than Eigel. Don’t know much about Jason Law and Mike Elam has previously said he would withdraw if Ehlmann ran again.
