Long time warehouse in Laf Sq to become 30 units and 1 commercial space

I wonder if the new dental school is driving this and maybe a few other projects in the immediate area. It certainly has to help to convince bankers to back a project or two

Does anyone know if they'll blast the paint off the facade?
