Work has been going on in this building for about a year, located directly west of Everest Cafe. I was by last evening and the lights were on. With the work starting across the street, any ideas on what will occupy here?
^I think whoever is rehabbing the place is wondering the same thing. It's been available for lease for a long time.
Over the weekend, I saw signs in the windows indicating that Imo's Pizza was going into this building soon. I would assume they're relocating from their location at Olive and 20th (just a few blocks away), but that's just a guess.

It looks pretty new but has no signage.
I was driving by Imo's on Olive yesterday and saw new signs announcing their move to 1818 Washington. The signs indicated either June or July of this year (I can't remember which!).

Wouldn't be surprised to learn that the current Imo's spot on Olive is being acquired for NorthSide Phase One.
