I was just thinking about this lot.  That sliver on Lafayette is interesting; what could possibly be built that makes sense with that involved?  Depending on what's proposed, I'd think it'd be better to sell that to whoever owns the immediate lots to the west and east of it.  Or I guess try to acquire the rest of the area after purchasing this .81 acres.  It looks like a couple more homes could be built along Lafayette and then maybe a bigger nice corner residential to round out the corner.

Was just saying in another thread that development makes too much sense at the edges of McRee, at both Kingshighway and Vandeventer, for it to not happen.
