It was on this year's Downtown Living Tour. IIRC the building is owned by a developer/renovator(?) who has lived there since the early/mid 80s. His residence is in the top floor - just a humongous amount of space. He's renovated it over the years with a complete mashup of styles of things he found throughout the years working in the business. I believe he said that Purina at one time rented office space from him elsewhere in the in the building.

I worked in the building in the late 90s early 2000s. It housed the ad agency Rodgers Townsend on the top floor (across the hall from the condo's front door) and then another floor, before the agency moved to its current building in Cupples.
