These two lots, backing up on each other, held by separate entities, USA Holdings, LLC and Dolman St Townhomes, LLC, respectively, were started last year and the Dolman St address is progressing quickly while the S 18th address appears to be inhabited.
The 18th Street address had single family permits pulled on it in an aborted $300k new build in 2017. This build claimed $500k on its permit pull.

Dolman St. doesn't appear to have had permits pulled on it previously (in recent memory) and claims a $200k build on its pull. The city, in 1993, paid $6,000 to demolish the home that stood here (technically on the 1023 address.)
