I think McCormack Baron is on to something with their retirement homes. The ones they have built in Westminster Place and Forest Park Southeast have been great additions and stabilizers to both those areas.

Are there specific incentives, State or local, for elderly housing? or is it an easy way to do 'affordable' and use that financing stream? btw, I dont want to minimize the need for senior housing

Good thing they got this built before the firebug found it. That would have made one hell of a bonfire!
