Nothing other than a single residence here, but I've admired this original tiny house for years. It's been an empty shell for a while. Just a single-story, 950-square-foot square. Because it's so small, it sticks out on the block. Well, it looks like Creighton Brinson and St. Louis Premier are rehabbing the original structure and adding 1400-square-feet of new construction behind it. Single story as well. The limited renderings look good. picked up the flyer tonight.

I flirted with the idea of trying to buy 927 Ann years ago. Glad someone better than me jumped on it. I would have just rehabbed the original structure.

no web info on it yet.

Is this the one that had rotting floor, owned by an old woman who died about 2005? It's on the opposite side of the street as the park?

If so, I was pretty interested in this as well, especially for its giant yard in back.

What's most interesting is the Smalles House in Soulard on the same bloock.

Yeah, its across from the NW corner of the park. Not sure about the owner. I am also not familiar with the Smalles House. Elaborate please.

I fixed my post.

I was talking about the teeeeeeeny house on the same side of the street. It's appropriate measurements are 10' or 12' by ? say 20'? Was it a wash house or kitchen or something at one time? It's really cute!
