I just wish the city would do something with the lot and the burned out house next to it .the block i'm referring to is 7600 vermont and 7602 which was being rehabbed and then for some weird reason it just happened to burn down.It's just sad because it brings people property values down seeing trash on vacant lot and a burnt out house that is all boarded up.I talked to city about the house and get no where.
