Is Keystone Place (the residential development on the site of the old South Grand Sears store) a complete bust? It seems that very few houses have been built there, despite the public's renewed interest in city living. What gives?
It hasn't been marketed for a few years. I am sure if anyone is interested, they can still build, but I don't think anyone really knows about it anymore. No houses have been built for about 3 years. With some marketing, I bet it could be built out.

I was wondering about this project as well and drove by not too long ago to see if it had progressed any. The City of St. Louis' website shows that 12 of the 27 single-family detached homes have been built and sold as of August, 2003.
