As I said on the Gravois Park Infill and Rehab thread, Blackline is planning a 2-story, 12-unit apartment building at 3620 Texas (right next door to the Lange). All the apartments will be one-bedroom units. Cost is $950,000. The design style looks like row homes. The site is actually quite small, so the pictures are hard to really see how small the site is.

And now that I think about it this would have fit in nicely with a lot of the sided shotgun filled streets throughout the Hill neighborhood without looking like 80s/90s garbage.
