Alderman Joe Vaccaro posted on FaceBook today that there will be a meeting at the Police Officers Association building to announce and discuss with neighbors the redevelopment of a Office Building at 3800 Hampton Avenue. The planned redevelopment will include 12 Studio Apartments. The meeting is on April 24th at 7 P.M.

There is a twin building down the street. I don't know if that is on the market, if so, we could see another one soon.

This appears to be nearly completed. New windows are in. Parking lot is complete. New paint has been put on the entrance. And Garcia had an add on the building a few days ago.
